Dark roasted malts and light hop additions make this stout silky, full, and creamy. - 7.2% ABV.

This Irish Red Ale is malt driven and is particularly well-balanced, allowing for complexity of flavor coupled with an unusually smooth finish and refreshing character.  This beer is named for Mike Hogan (Uncle Mike owned Hogan's Alley Inn in New Port Richey, FL.) - 4.8% ABV.

This brown ale is smooth and brewed with a variety of roasted malt. This easy drinking Brown goes down smoothly with a satisfying finish with notes of chocolate and coffee. – 5.2% ABV.

A well-rounded, highly drinkable Crisp Pale Ale, with notes of pine and citrus. A bit of Caramel Malt barley provides the richness that mellows out the twang of the hops. – 5.4% ABV.

An IPA for the Catskill Foothills. This delicious hop flavor and bitterness of a West Coast Style IPA and the juicy aroma of a New England Style IPA. Dry hopped with Zeus hops makes this a flavorful IPA. - 7.2% ABV.

A New England Style IPA, with juicy grapefruit and tropical flavor in a glass. - 7.5% ABV. 

A blend of chinook and, centennial  hops give this beer a citrus aroma and piney finish. Balanced but complex, this beer is a refreshing dry hopped ale with a little haze. – 4.3% ABV.

Brewed for outstanding light flavor with a crisp, clean finish make it a favorite for those seeking a light beer that's full of flavor. This beer is inspired by a very smart Albany Law School student that likes to drink the brew masters creations. - 3.8% ABV.

Pouring golden in color, the aroma is of bready malt punctuated by a slightly minty hop character. With a light mouthfeel, this American Kolsch delivers a honey-like malt sweetness that gives way to a crisp clean finish with a touch of lingering citrus/herbal hop flavor - 5.3% ABV.
